Conditions for Dog Training Classes

Classes:

All classes are given with the presence of the owners and have an average duration of 45min ~ 1h.
Classes can be given at the Click and Chill space or if necessary at home (see transport costs) in the areas of Cadaval, Bombarral, Caldas da Rainha, Torres Vedras and surrounding areas.
The assessment class is mandatory for all new students, regardless of the type of training (excluding Puppy Classes).

Transport Expenses:

The value of transport expenses is added to the price of each set of classes.
The value of transport expenses includes transport time and the value of diesel and tolls (if any).
The value of transport expenses is calculated by the number of kilometers traveled between Click and Chill and the student/training area, multiplied by the number of classes desired by the student.

Class Changes:

The student can postpone up to two (Pack 4 and 6 classes) or up to three (Pack 8 classes).
If the student exceeds the limit, the classes left behind will not be given.
The trainer can postpone up to two (Pack 4 and 6 classes) or up to three (Pack 8 classes).
If the trainer exceeds the limit, the classes that were not given will be refunded.
Classes will be considered "postponed" when one of the sides does not notify with more than 48 hours in advance that they can't make it.
Classes that are not held for external reasons - weather conditions, strikes, accidents, etc. will not be considered postponed.

High Season:

The Dog Training service is not available in the months of June, July, August and December.

Validity:

The validity of the classes starts from the date of the first class in the pack.
