Common questions

  • I'm looking for a hotel for my dog. Can I visit Click and Chill facilities?

Yes! We always have our doors open for anyone who wants to visit us and we are available to answer any questions you may have, with absolutely no obligation. We recommend that you bring your dog, so we can get to know him and see how he reacts to us and our space. All visits must be booked in advance: to do so, contact us by cell phone or send us an email. The opening hours for visits and evaluations are from Wednesday to Saturday from 11am to 4pm.

  • I want to leave my dog at the Click and Chill dog hotel, how do I do it?

For dogs to be able to stay with us, they must be subject to an assessment by us, obligatorily. Book your visit and come and meet us. If we think your dog is compatible with our hotel, we will tell you personally and from there we will continue with the process of booking your dog's stay.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

We accept cash, Bank Transfer, Paypal and MBway. Payment must be made at the time of your dog's check-out.

  • How far in advance do I have to book a stay?

It depends on the season. In low season, usually one/two weeks is enough to have a vacancy. In high season (June, July, August and December) it is generally necessary to book one or even two months in advance. We recommend that you always contact us as soon as possible, even if you don't have specific dates yet. For reservations for stays less than 24 hours in advance, a fee of €25 is charged.

  • What are your opening hours?

Our opening hours to the public are:

    Monday - Friday: 9:00am to 8:00pm

    Saturdays: 9:00am to 6:00pm

    Sundays and Public Holidays: Closed.

  • Can I drop off/pick up my dog outside of your opening hours?

Yes, but there is a cost added to the total stay of €25.00.

  • Where will my dog sleep?

All dogs sleep (from 00h to 8h) in their respective rooms, in an annex 10m from our room. The annex is air-conditioned, with piped music and surveillance cameras. See photos in the Dog Hotel tab. If, for any reason, you would like your dog to sleep in the same space as us, please get in touch to see if this is possible.

  • How long will my dog spend time alone?

The dogs only go to their rooms from 00:00 to 8:00, so they can relax. During this time we have surveillance cameras to observe them whenever necessary. Other than that, they are always accompanied by us and their four-legged friends, whether inside or outside the house.

  • I have more than one dog. They are used to being together, how are these cases managed?

If your dogs are used to being together, they will sleep in the same room. During the day they will be together with all their other friends too.

  • How do I know my dog is ok?

We get in touch with the humans daily: We send photos, videos and tell them what they have done to calm their homesickness and warm their hearts.

  • What happens if my dog gets sick?

If we notice that your dog is not feeling well, we will first contact you and your dog will then be seen by a veterinarian. Since these scenarios are beyond our control, all expenses will be the responsibility of the owners.

  • My dog takes medication and/or has allergies. Can you receive it?

Yes! We take the utmost care with all dogs and control what they interact with. We give all types of medications whenever necessary.

  • Can I take my dog's bed and toys?

We have beds for your dog to be comfortable whenever they want, however, if you feel it is important for your dog, you can bring his bed. You can also bring his toys if you feel necessary, but they will always be kept in his room, to prevent other dogs from ruining them. We always have several toys available throughout the day for them to entertain themselves.

  • My dog is not sociable with other dogs. Can I drop you off at the Click and Chill hotel?

Due to our type of hotel and services offered, unfortunately not. We can, however, recommend other dog hotels that could possibly help you.

  • My dog is not sociable with people, can I leave him at the hotel?

No, unfortunately we do not accept dogs that are not sociable with people. We like to be comfortable interacting with dogs if they require urgent care or other important interactions.

  • I saw a cat in the photos. My dog doesn't like cats, does this prevent his stay?

No! Our cats Cosmo and Campari like to hang around the dogs and play with them. However, if your dog doesn't like cats we manage the cats' day differently, so that they are not in contact with your dog.
